摘要
目的观察3年无发作癫患者停药前脑电图异常率,并指导停药。方法对26例无发作患者在停药前实施录像脑电监护。结果26例病人中,9例发现异常,而且这些异常大多出现在睡眠期和病史较长、多药联合治疗和全面性发作的患者。结论癫患者停药前实施录像脑电图监护是必要的。
Objective To observe the abnormal rate of EEG in 3-year seizure-free epileptics and to guide drug withdrawal. Methods 26 seizure-free cases were monitored by Nicolet Bravo VEEG epilepsy monitoring system before drug withdrawal. Results In 26 cases,gcases had abnormal EEG results,which appeared in sleep and chronic, multi-drug therapy and general seizure patients mostly. Conclusion It is necessary to apply Video-EEG monitoring before drug withdrawal in epileptics
