摘要
介绍氧化铝-钠冰晶石体系中的低温电解研究现状,该体系的最致命的弱点是氧化铝在其中的溶解度极低,在铝液与电解质的界面附近有绝缘的固体电解质存在,指出将来的研究方向不应该只停留在单一钠冰晶石体系,而应该大胆冲破传统思维束缚,尝试其他单一冰晶石体系或复合体系,最终寻找出一种低温、高氧化铝溶解度、高电导率和低铝溶解度的新型电解质。
The status quo of aluminium electrolysis at low temperature in the aluminasodium cryolite system are commented in detail, its deadly weakness is that the alumina solubility in this system is very low, and an insulting layer of solid cryolite exists on the interface between aluminium liquid and electrolyte. The orientation of research in the future also is pointed out, it should not only stay in single sodium cryolite system, but smash daringly the bondage of traditional thinking and be attempted to other single or multiple cryolite system, ultimately find a new type electrolyte of low temperature, high alumina solubility, high conductivity and low aluminium solubility.
