摘要
介绍了一种基于费涅尔波带板原理设计的具有较高增益、结构简单的毫米波集成天线，并对此作了理论研究和分析，给出了场强公式和设计曲线。
A new type of millimeter wave integrated circuit antenna with high gain and simple structure designed based on the Fresnel zone plate was introduced. With the spectrum domain analysis,the formulae for radiation field and curves for antenna gain were discussed.Zoning of the plate considering the extra phase change from substrate was given hereafter.
