摘要 研究了从室温到1000C范围内,温度对二元及含Cr或Ti的Fe-36.5at.%Al合金的拉伸力学性能和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,二元FeAl合金的拉伸力学性能及断口形貌发生显著变化的温度在500~700C范围。5at.%Cr对FeAl合金的塑性和高温强度的提高有益处,而2at.%Ti对合金高温性能的改善有贡献。Cr或Ti的加入使FeAl合金发生中温脆性的温度范围缩小,并使合金的拉伸断裂方式发生改变。 The effects of temperature on the tensile properties and fracture morphologies of binary Fe-36. 5at%Al compound and ternary FeAl alloys with Cr or Ti from room temperature to 1000C were studied in this paper. The results showed that between temperature range of 500~700C , the tensile properties and fracture morphologies had significant change. An addition of 5at. %Cr is beneficial to improving ductility and high temperature strength, meanwhile, the 2at. %Ti addition makes valuable contribution to improving the high temperature properties of the FeAl alloy. The addition of Cr of Ti could narrow down the temperature range of intermediate Temperature brittleness and change the tensile fracture mode of the FeAl alloy.
