摘要
20世纪50年代初,苏联援助创办了新中国第一所高等军事工程技术学院———哈尔滨军事工程学院。苏联军事教育模式对哈军工的筹建,产生了深刻影响。苏联顾问对于中国军事科技教育体系乃至中国国防正规化现代化建设,具有不可磨灭的历史功绩。
In the early 1950s, being forced by the demands of Korean War and national defense modernization, the new Chinese government established the first high - level institute of military engineering technology - Harbin Institute of Military Engineering （HIME）. The foundation of HIME was decided by the highest leaders of China and Soviet Union. The construction details, such as the blue print, locations, organizing system, setting of subjects and specialties, were drafted by Soviet advisors, and approved by the Chinese government. The soviet advisers and the education mode of Soviet military technology laid a foundation of the establishment of Chinese military technology education system and the normalization and modernization of Chinese national defense.
