发展交互数字电视在确保公共服务、满足广大人民群众的文化需求、适应市场竞争等方面都有着重要意义。南京发展交互数字电视有明确的战略思路、战略步骤以及目标任务,加快用户终端平台、物理网络平台、内容集成平台、运营服务平台和市场营销体系这“四平台一体系”的建设,是发展南京交互数字电视的有力保障。
In view of the expansion of broadcasting networks,the paper discusses the significance of developing interactive digital television from the perspective of cultural demands and market competition.In addition,the paper proposes the strategies,procedures and objectives for its development.It also suggests the construction of 'four platforms and one system' to ensure the operation of the inactive digital television program in Nanjing.
