摘要
跨国公司对“长三角”本土企业的技术进步产生了积极的作用,但也形成对“长三角”本土企业的挤出效应和其它新的负面影响。目前,“长三角”地区高端生产性服务支撑体系薄弱,已成为吸引跨国公司研发投资的重要瓶颈,高新技术产业集群优势尚未形成,风险投资机制不健全,政策、制度缺乏规范和协调等是影响跨国公司技术溢出效应的重要环境因素。
The multinational corporations have played an active role in the technology advancement of the local enterprise in Yangtze Delta.Meanwhile,it also produces somewhat the squeezing-out and negative influence on the local enterprises.At present,the unsound local high-end productiveness service support system in this region has become the bottleneck against attracting the R&D investment of multinational corporations.The imperfect venture investment system,and the nonstandard and inconsistent policies are the key factors impeding the techincal overflow of multinational corporation.
