摘要
现行钢结构设计规范(GB50017-2003)规定梁的支承加劲肋计算长度取腹板高度.这相当于把支承加劲肋看作两端铰接且压力不变的轴心受压构件.计算长度的取值正确与否,将直接影响到支承加劲肋的稳定性验算.ANSYS有限元分析结果表明,端部支承加劲肋的计算长度系数位于0.43—0.7之间;中间支承加劲肋的计算长度系数位于0.73—1.0之间.因此,规范GB50017-2003对钢梁支承加劲肋计算长度取值偏大,致使支承加劲肋稳定验算偏于保守.最后通过数值拟合给出支承加劲肋计算长度系数的计算公式,供进一步修订规范参考.
Effective length of bearing stiffeners of steel girders has been taken as the web depth in the current Code for design of steel structures (GB50017-2003). In other words, the bearing stiffeners are regarded as simply supported members at both ends acted on by invariant axial forces. Whether correct or not this will affect the calculation of the overall stability of bearing stiffeners directly. Results of ANSYS finite element analysis indicate that the value of effective length of end bearing stiffeners range between 0.43 to 0. 7 and that of intermediate bearing stiffeners between 0. 73 and 1.0. Therefore, it is pointed out in this paper that, in the Code (GB50017-2003), the value of effective length of bearing stiffeners is too large so that the stability calculation is conservative for both end bearing stiffener and intermediate ones. Formulas of effective length coefficients for bearing stiffeners are given providing reference for revision of specifications .
