不同原料的引入对溶胶-凝胶法合成铬锡红色料的影响

EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT BATCHING MATERIALS ON CHROME-TIN PINK PIGMENTS SYNTHESIZED BY SOL-GEL METHOD

摘要 采用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成工艺,通过引入不同的Sn离子Cr离子和Ca离子探讨不同的原料对铬锡红色料的影响。实验表明:通过不同原料组合,柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法合成铬锡红色料的最佳组合是:SnCl2.2H2O、CaCO3和Cr(NO33).9H2O。 Sol-gel method with citric acid was adopted to synthesize chrome-tin pink pigments. Different tin, chromium and calcium irons were experimented with and their effects on chrome-tin pink pigments studied. In the experiment, the best chrome-tin pink pigment was obtained by changing the materials in batching. The results of the experiment indicated that the optimal batching for synthesizing chrome-tin pink pigments by sol-gel process with citric acid was composed of SnCl2·2H2O, CaCO3 and Cr(NO3)3.9H2O.
