摘要
农产品加工业是构成北京市轻工业的主要部分,对就业和产值增长的贡献比较大,但总体不具有竞争优势。个别行业如医药制造业和饮料制造业和食品加工也有较大的发展潜力,构成了农产品加工业的主导产业,但不同行业之间的差异显著,说明北京市要进一步优化农产品加工业的内部结构。
The agricultural product processing industry constitutes the major part of Beijingg light industry and makes great contribution to employment and output growth, but it does not have competitive advantage as a whole. Individual industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, beverage manufacturing industry and food processing industry have greater development potential, which constitute the leading industries of agricultural products processing industries. But significant differences still exits between different agricultural products processing industries. The interior structure of Beijing agricultural product processing industry should be optimized further more.
