摘要
企业知识管理的实质就是对知识链进行管理,使企业的知识在运动中不断增值。建立在ERP系统基础之上的知识管理系统是一个实现知识的获取、存储、共享和应用的综合系统,它使企业显性知识和隐性知识得到相互转化。企业知识管理运行机制包括确立企业的知识资产和制定员工激励机制,从而加强管理者对知识管理的重视并鼓励员工积极共享和学习知识。
The crux of enterprise knowledge management is the management of knowledge chain which makes the enterprise knowledge increment in motion. This paper studied the design of knowledge management information system and establishment of knowledge management operational mechanism based on ERP system from the hard and soft parts of knowledge management system. The knowledge management system based on ERP system is a comprehensive system for knowledge obtaining, storing, sharing and applying with which the dominant knowledge and recessive knowledge can transform each other. Knowledge management operational mechanism includes decision on knowledge assets of company and establishment of staff motivating mechanism with which the manager stresses on the knowledge management and encourages the employee to share and study knowledge more positively.
