摘要
目的通过对出入境人员心电图检测结果的分析,了解该人群心血管疾病的分布情况,以便更好地开展心血管疾病防治工作,保护旅行者的身体健康。方法对2005年8月～2006年1月出入境人员的心电图检查结果进行分析。结果共检出异常心电图834例,检出率为30.96%。其中主要异常心电图127例,检出率15.23%。心电图异常检出者中男性多于女性,且检出率差异有显著性。异常心电图年龄分布主要集中于20～40岁之间,年龄最大者为81岁。不同异常心电图检出中以窦性心率不齐占最多。不同人群之间检出率有明显差异。结论宁波口岸出入境人员心电图异常检出率较高,认真做好心电图检测工作(尤其高发人群),有针对性地做好卫生健康宣传咨询工作,将有利于保障出入境人员的身体健康。
Objective To understand the distributing situations of cardiovascular disease among entry-exit persons by analyzing ECG of these persons, it can develop the work of preventing and controlling to the cardiovascular disease and insure the health of the travelers. Methods The ECG of entry-exit persons from August 2005 to January 2006 were analyzed. Results there were 834 abnormal ECG cases, the positive rate was 30.96%.The main abnormal ECG cases were 127, it＇s rate was 15.23%.The sex rate was significant different, men＇s was more than women＇s. The abnormal ECG present to person who was 20-40 years old mainly, the oldest man was 81 years old. Sinus arrhythmia took the most advantage of abnormal ECG. The abnormal ECG rate was significant different among different category crowd. Conclusion The abnormal ECG rate of entry-exit persons was higher at Ningbo Port. It is very important for preventing the health of entry-exit persons to work hard at the monitor and health consultation of abnormal persons （especially the main abnormal electrocardiogram）.
