摘要
不同切削速度下对18Ni马氏体时效钢进行切削试验,并用光学显微镜和电子显微镜观察切屑根部,发现有热塑剪切失稳现象,分析其组织结构特征及影响因素;再按热塑剪切失稳判据及显微组织分析热处理对热塑剪切失稳的影响。
This article observes and analyzes the root of the received chip according to the cutting experiment of 18Ni martensite aging steel under the different cutting speed,by using optical microscope and electronic microscope.The test results show the discovery of the Thermoplastic Shear Instability when cutting the 18Ni aging steel.The article observes and analyzes the orgnization,the structure characteristic and the major effective factors for producing Thermoplastic Shear Instability and analyzes the influence of the heat treatment on the Thermoplastic Shear Instability depending on the criterion of the Thermoplastic Shear Instability and the Microstructure.
