摘要
为了克服在更换火腿肠生产规格时调整包装设备存在操作复杂效果差的缺点,建立了火腿肠自动充填结扎机铝丝定长输送机构优化数学模型。以从动杆在极限位置时的输出角位移与理想角位移的误差平方和最小为优化目标,将凸轮机构的摆杆和四杆机构的主动杆长度为优化对象,尽量保持原设计不变,调整杆件尺寸参数,保证输送铝丝的长度,并利用遗传算法求解优化问题。设计实例显示了较好效果。
A mathematical model to adjust aluminlum silk conveying mechanism of sausage packing machine was developed to overcome the complex course and bad effects during changing the specification of sausage. By taking driven rod angle displacement error minimum of limited positions as optimizing objectives, mechanism dimension was distributed rationally so as to ensure length of conveying aluminium silk. The optimization references were gotten by genetic algorithms and the model was useful in practice.
