摘要
口服制剂新囊素主要是由黄连、白头翁、板兰根和大青叶４种中药制成。根据作者在动物体外和体内试验，此药可改善鸡白细胞的吞噬作用，引起体液免疫，加强抗病毒功能。此制剂对鸡无毒害性，作者认为可将此药剂用于治疗和预防ＮＤ和ＩＢＤ。
Abstract Xinnangsu, an oral herbal medicine mixture is composed mainly of 4 herbal medicine, Rhizoma Coptidis, Folium Isatidis, Radix Isatidis and Radix Pulsatillae. On the basis of the authors, experiments in vitro and in vivo,this mixture improved phygocytosis of the leucocytes, iuduced humour immunity,enhanced the capacity of anti-virus function and showed no toxicity in chicken. The authors suggesed that it may be used in the treatment and even prevention ND and IBD in chicken.
