The coal industry is one of the pillar industries of Pingdingshan＇s economic development. The groundwater resource is abundant in mine field, but the stable state is destroyed because of the mining and the groundwater resource is polluted seriously at the same time. After many years of study, coal mine wastewater is recycled, which not only sufficed the use of the domestic and industrial water, saved a huge amount of money for the Pingdingshan Coal Co.Ltd, but also improved the environmental qualification of mine field and had remarkable environmental benefit, social benefits and economic benefit.
