摘要
当工件与电极丝之间的距离小于脉冲电源的放电距离时(一般为n个μm)脉冲电源使介质击穿,形成放电通道。磁场对放电通道是有影响的,在放电中磁场能起到压缩放电通道的作用,使放电通道变细且使能量集中。本文主要论述线切割机床加工中,磁场对放电通道的影响和利用磁场来分散放电点的可能性。
The distance between workpiece and electrode is smaller than that of pulse power discharging (normally n^*μms) which makes medium breakdown, forming discharging passage. Magnetic field has influence upon discharging passage. It can compress the discharging passage when it is discharging, and make it narrower and energy concentrate. This paper mainly discusses the influence on discharge passage produced by magnetic field and the possibility of scattering discharging points when the workpiece is being manufactured by the line-cutting machine tool.
