摘要 洁净实验室经紫外线照射45min后,开启空气净化系统30min,用平板沉降法测定洁净实验室及净化工作台内净化空气沉降菌数。细菌在37℃培养24h,霉菌在25℃培养72h,以两种菌每平板菌落平均值(cfu/P)之和作为测点净化空气沉降菌数。结果表明,3台净化工作台各经7次测定,cfu/P<1,细胞实验室经8次测定,cfu/P=2.9,病毒实验室经7次测定,cfu/P=2.5。 This paper reported the detective result of the microbe number in the sterile laboratory and the super clean bench by plate sedimentation analysis.Before test, the laboratory had been irradiated with UV rays for 45 minutes and treated with air purification system for 30 minutes.The bacteria plates had been cultured at 37℃ for 24 hours, and the mould plates at 25℃ for 72 hours.The average of bacteria and mould total number per plate at each detecting point (cfu/ P ) represented the corresponding sedimentation number.The result showed that the sedimentation number of the 3 super clean benches after 7 times of test were smaller than 1 (cfu/ P <1), that the cellular laboratory after 8 times of test was equal to 2 9 (cfu/ P =2 9), and that the virological laboratory after 7 times of test was equal to 2 5 (cfu/ P =2 5).The sedimentation number of them all accorded with the official rubric.
