摘要
在5℃低温胁迫下,对不同药剂处理后WD1幼苗的抗寒性生理生化指标进行测定。结果表明:喷施适宜浓度的CaCl2+H2O2、复配硝酚钠和诱抗剂溶液均能不同程度地减轻低温胁迫下细胞膜的损伤,提高水稻幼苗的抗寒性。不同药剂之间有较大差异,喷施诱抗剂溶液的效果明显好于其它两种药剂。
The effect of different cryoprotectants on cold-resistance of rice seedlings was investigated in the article. The physiological indexes of cold resistance of WDI ( a rice cuhivars) were measured under 5 ℃ low temperatures. The results showed that the appropriate concentration of cryoprotectant solution such as CaCl2 + H2O2, sodium nitro complex and inducer could reduce the damage of cell membrane under chilling stress and improve the cold-resistance of rice seedlings. There are significant differences among them and the effect of inducer solution was better than others.
