摘要
从加热工件所需要的有效热量、炉体蓄热损失、加热辅助构件所吸收的热量等方面分析了热处理电阻炉的热量损失,讨论了有关电阻炉的能量转换、热传递及能量分布,并在此基础上,就工艺、材料、设备、操作、科学管理等方面提出了若干节能措施。
The heat loss of electrical resistance furnace was analyzed in some aspects, including the effective heat needed when heating workpieces, thermal storage loss of furnace body and heat absorbed by subsidiary component for heating etc. , from which the energy conversion, heat transfer and energy distribution were discussed. On the basis, some energy-saving measures are presented in some aspects of process, material, equiment,operation and scientific management etc.
