摘要
目前,很多高校由多个校区组成,读者类型较多,不同类型的读者有不同的需求。为了更好地了解读者需求,以便开展针对性的服务。对两类典型的读者类型:医学院和文学院的读者需求进行了问卷调查,通过对其需求主要包括服务需求、信息需求、环境需求等的比较分析,深入揭示了其需求的异同点。
Currently, a lot of universities be constitute by many school Districts, reader＇s type is more, the reader of different type has different demand. For understanding reader＇s demand better, in order to provide the service aim at the reader. We carried on the questionnaire for two reader＇s type of typical model： the medical college and college of arts of reader＇s demand, pass as to it＇s the demand mainly include the service demand, information demand, environment demand, etc., more analytical, going deep in to announce to public its demanding different and similar to order.
