摘要
计算机技术的发展为电力系统自动化和五防闭锁提供了强大的技术支持。但由于多年来五防闭锁和计算机监控系统一直是被割裂开来、独立发展的,这无疑是一种资源和工作量的浪费,同时也是2个独立系统弊端的根源所在。该文针对五防闭锁和计算机监控系统的现状,分析了2个独立系统的优、缺点,指出了将2个系统合并的意义及必须具备的条件,并对五防闭锁与综合自动化监控系统的合并提出了具体建议。
The development of computer technology provides the powerful technology support for power system automation with fivedefence block. Since the five - defence block and computer supervisory system have been separated and developed independently for many years,it is the waste of resource and workload, at the same time it is also the source of the abuses for the two independent systems.Aiming at the present situation of five - defence block and computer supervisory system,the advantages and shortcomings for the two independent systems were analyzed, the meaning and the conditions of merghag two systems were pointed out. The specific suggestions for merging five - defence block and integrated automation supervisory system are put forward.
