摘要
黄遵宪是中国近代史上具有多方面成就和建树,并积极影响中国近代化进程的历史人物,在19年的外交生涯中为维护中国主权,保护华侨、华工权益,促进中外友好与文化交流,作出许多贡献。他深知帝国主义发动的侵略中国的战争给中华民族带来的深重灾难,因此,决心寻求救国方案,并以政论与诗歌来表达他致力于救亡图存事业的雄心壮志。他不仅倡导和宣传资产阶级,维护新思想和启蒙思想,而且勇于实践,促进了中国的政治近代化。
Huang Zunxian made great achievements and effectively influenced the phase of Chinese modernization in modem Chinese history. In the 19th century, he made many contributions to protecting the sovereignty of China and the interests of Chinese labours and promoted the friendship and cultural communication between China and foreign countries. He deeply understood the terrible misery which was brought to Chinese people by aggressive invasions launched by imperialist countries. So, he decided to seek the prescriptions and used articles and poems to express his will. He advanced the bourgeois thoughts and enlightened ideas and applied them to practice, which prompted the Chinese political modernization.
