摘要
通过理论推导,说明在一定条件下,金属液流在其表面张力、重力和与此重力相应的液流柱内聚力相平衡时,可形成体积与金属液流自由下落出流孔径有关的液滴。同时配以相应的冷却条件,即能得到一种金属材料颗粒化的方法。并用试验证实了理论的可行性。
By means of the theoretical deduction, It was explained that liquid drops could be formed,when the surface tension and weight is same as the cohesive force of liquid, When given cold setting, the granulated metal materials were obtained. And the theoretical feasibility was proved through experiments.
