摘要
企业的行为是社会性、市场性的,随着经营环境的变化企业发展形态亦随之转变。在企业增长的关键因素的转变过程中,企业使命的本质也逐渐回归到在努力和竞争中感悟人生价值,在发展的企业经营中形成巨大的凝聚力、感召力和战斗力,即企业的文化力。企业文化建设的重点是使员工明确企业的奋斗目标和工作方向,在企业经营管理和市场开拓等活动中企业精神和价值观会转化成生产力,这种力量会成为保持企业稳定增长的强大动力。
Enterprise' s behavior is sociality and the market. With the management environment changed, the shape of the enterprise development carries on the transformation. During key factors of the enterprise' s growth change, the essence of mission of the enterprise also is gradually returning to realize the value of the life,which forms the huge cohesive force, the inspirational force and the bastle force in the management of the enterprise's development, that is enterprise's cultural strength. The key point of the enterprise's culture is that leting the staff be clear about the goal and the work direction of the enterprise. The activities of the modern enterprise make people awareness of the environment and the market , which transform the enterprise spirit and the values into the productive forces in enterprise decision-making ,management and market development and so on, which becomes the formidable power of the enterprise's stable growth.
