摘要
注册商标的使用是企业商标战略的实质内容。通过使用,可以在消费者中建立起本企业产品与本企业之间的特定联系,树立商标形象和企业形象,从而达到促进商品销售的目的。企业商标使用存在一系列的策略。总体上,企业应根据商品与市场的情况,结合自己的经营战略,有针对性地确定使用商标的模式。
The registered trademark usage is the principal part of the trademark strategy of enterprises. Trademarks establish an association between an enterprise and its products, develop the trademark identity and corporate identity, and for that matter, promote sales. There are strategies of trademarks usage, and in this paper, enterprises are suggested to develop their strategy in accordance with the conditions of markets and products and with their marketing strategy.
