本文从经济效益、社会效益、技术条件等方面对城市公用变无功功率就地补偿的可行性进行了系统分析。
The paper analyzes systematically the feasibility of local reactive - power compensation on the public transformer in city power supply system, in terms of social benefits, economical benefits and technical conditions.
