摘要
卵母细胞是胚胎工程和发育生物学的重要组成部分,它是体外受精、性别控制、克隆及转基因等技术成功与否的前提和关键。影响猪卵母细胞体外成熟的因素很多,本文将从物理因素和化学因素两方面作简要综述。
Oocyte in vitro maturation plays an important role in embryonic engineering such as in vitro fertilization, nuclear transfer, sex control, cloning and gene transfer. The in vitro maturation of porcine oocytes is the crucial step and precondition in embryo production. It is affected by various factors. In this study, physical and chemical factors in vitro maturation of porcine oocytes are discussed.
