Honesty and credit is the morality foundation of constructing harmonious campus. University is the main base for training socialist talents. Constructing harmonious campus is of great significance in training highqualified talents and constructing harmonious society. Deeply recognizing the meaning of harmonious campus, the necessity, function of honesty and credit education and measures is the base of constructing harmonious campus.
