摘要
在隔离式电解槽中,以泡沫铅作阴极,铂作阳极,饱和甘汞电极作为参考电极,以DMF+EtOH+H2O+Bu4NBr作电解体系,对太原钢铁公司焦化厂煤沥青为原料制得的中间相沥青进行了电化学加氢的研究,考察了电解电位、温度、溶剂浓度等对加氢的影响。结果表明,当[DMF]:[E-tOH]:[H2O]的浓度比为1.08:1.27:1,[Bu4NBr]=9.31×10(-3)mo1,中间相沥青加入量为2.0g,电解温度为303K,电解电位为-2.4V(vs,SCE)时,加氢效果最好,氢化中间相沥青的氢含量可提高1.01,氢碳比增加0.16,软化点可降低45℃。结构分析表明,氢化中间相沥青中芳氢与脂肪氢之比由原来的7.8降低到1.28。
With divided electrolysis cell, spongy Pb as cathode, Pt as anode, saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode and DMF+EtOH+H2O+Bu4NBr as electrolysis system, the electrochemical hydrogenation of mesophase pitch made from coal pitch of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Company is studied in this paper. At the same time, the influences of electrolysis voltage, temperature,concentration etc on the hydrogenation are examined. The results indicate that when the concentration ratio of [DMF]:[EtOH]:[H2O]is l.08:1.27:1,[Bu4NBr]is 9.31×10-3mol, the mesophase pitch is 2.0g, electrolysis temperature is 303K, and electrolysis potential is-2.4V(vs SCE) , the best hydrogenation effect can be obtained. The hydrogen content of hydrogenated mesophase pitch increases l.0l.The atomic ratio of hydrogen/carbon increases 0.16.The softening point of the hydrogenated mesophase pitch decreases by 45℃, The structure analyses show that the ratio of aromatic hydrogen and alicyclic hydrogen in the hydrogenated mesophase pitch decreases from 7.80 to l.28.
