摘要
本文应用“原位”发射红外光谱技术,在280℃,0.5MPa反应条件下,对于Cu/ZnO/Al_2O_3(La)催化剂上CO+H_2和CO+H_2+CO_2反应体系的反应过程进行了动态跟踪。结果表明,CO+H_2反应体系中,CO插入表面-烷氧基的金属-碳键可能是生成碳二以上醇的反应速控步骤;当有CO_2存在时,氢的表面解离吸附步骤相对控制了反应的进行。
In this paper,the reaction processes of CO+H2 and CO+H2+CO2 over Cu-ZnO-Al2O3(La) catalyst were traced dynamically by using in situ emission IR technique at the reaction conditions of 280℃ and 0.5MPa. The experimental results showed that the step of CO inseration in the metal-carbon bond of surface alkoxyl might be the rate determining step of OH formation in CO+H2 system,and the dissociative adsorption of H2 could determine the reaction relatively at the presence of CO2.
