摘要
针对高等院校引进国外智力过程中存在的问题,采用理论分析与实际相结合的方法进行研究,探讨在当前形势下如何认清形势,抓住机遇,提高聘请效益。指出了解决人才类型多样化和加强管理两方面是提高引智效益的重点。实践证明,高校引进国外智力有利于学校的教学、科研和人才培养,有利于推动高校国际化进程。
In view of the problem in introducing new foreign talents and intelligence in the university, combining the theory analyses with the current experience of introducing the talents, the article probes into getting a clear understanding of the situation and stressing opportunity and has draw the conclusion thal introducing a varicty of expertise and strengthening the management are the important issues to increase economic efficiency. h is proved that introducing new foreign talents and intelligence will be beneficial to teaching, researching and talents training and promoting the university's internationalization.
