摘要
通过分析中国人际关系交往原则,提出人际关系存在于企业与农户的联系之中,并决定了农业产业化经营组织这一稀缺资源在区域中的配置,以及组织运作的基本规范和原则。指出人际关系为“公司”和“农户”提供了诚信和互惠基础,人际关系原则是“公司+农户”组织运作的基本规范和原则。农业产业化经营组织形式的演进是为了扩大人际关系网络规模。人际关系网络的结构化过程,正是农业产业化经营组织形式优化的过程。
Based on the analyse of the rule about interpersonal relation, the article points out that interpersonal relation among corporations and farmers determines the collocation of resources and basic rules for the organization operations, making a foundation for sincerity and mutual benefit among them. The evolution of the operational organizational form is for broadening the net scale of the interpersonalrelation. The process of constructing the interpersonal net is the process of optimizing form of the integration of agricultural industrialization.
