普通高校“职称”工作中存在的问题及对策

摘要 矛盾来自于对职称的功利性追求,矛盾更多的来自于人而非制度,要公平就不能统一评聘,要公正就得心地无私、权责相联,要做到这两点就应将评聘权归还学校,将学校的发展与决策人的物质利益和精神利益息息相关。这样,举贤荐能、唯才适用、分配合理才不会成为空话。 Inharmony arises in the designation work of technical titles as a result of utilitarian considerations, stemming mainly from human rather than from system. To achieve justice, uniform assessment and designation must be done away with ; power must he linked with obligations with an upright heart. Therefore the right of assessment and designation must be returned to school so that the development of the school is closely relevant to the decision-makers in material and spiritual interest. In doing so, the principle of appointing according to one's talent and assigning appropriately cannot become empty words.
