摘要
作为全国重工业基地“共和国长子”的东北在经济体制转型的过程中落后了，如何振兴东北，牵动着国人的心。民本经济的发展将在振兴东北经济的过程中起着举足轻重的作用。
China＇s northeastern three provinces, heavy industry base and ＂ the eldest son of the republic＂, have lagged behind in the country＇s conversion of economic system. The development of northeastern economy draws the eyeballs of the whole nation, in this process the development of people-centered economy is of vital importance.
