日粮不同氮硫比和铜水平对肉牛瘤胃pH、氨氮及血铜浓度的影响

摘要 本试验选用3头体重相近(450±50 kg)、安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的利木赞×鲁西黄牛杂交一代阉牛,采用3×3拉丁方设计,研究了不同氮硫比和铜水平对肉牛瘤胃pH、氨氮浓度和血浆铜浓度的影响。结果表明:日粮三个氮硫比水平下,不同铜水平瘤胃pH差异不显著(P>0.05);氨氮浓度N1S1组随铜水平的提高而升高(P<0.05),其它两组随铜水平的提高,氨氮浓度升高不显著(P>0.05);血铜浓度N1S1组和N3S3组随铜水平的提高而升高(P<0.05),N2S2组血铜浓度随铜水平的提高而增加,只是50mg/kg铜水平组,显著高于10mg/kg组(P<0.05),25mg/kg组与其它两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。由以上结果可以得出,应用此三种氮硫比水平日粮时,铜水平至少为10mg/kg才不会引起肉牛铜缺乏。 Three beef calltles of similar body weight with permanent rumen fistulae were used in this experiment to study the effect of different ratio of nitrogen to sulfur and copper on rumen pH,coneentration of ammonia- n and plasma copper. The results showed that the pH of tureen was not significantly affected by the different ratio of nitrogen to sulfur and copper in dietary (P 〉 0.05) ; The concentration of ammonia - n enhanced according to the increasing of copper levels in N1S1 treatment group (P 〈 0.05), and the other two groups were not affected by copper levels (P 〉 0.05); The concentration of plasma copper enhanced according to the increasing of copper levels in N1S1 and N3S3 treatment groups (P 〈 0.05), and in N2S2 treatment group, the plasma copper concentration of 50 mg/kg copper level was higher than 10 mg/kg copper level, but the plasma copper concentration of 25 mg/kg copper level has no remarkable difference with the other two copper levels(P 〉 0.05). The results suggested that the copper level was no less than 10 mg/kg could meet beef tattles in this there nitrogen/sulfur treatment groups.
