厂区变电站接地网的设计与改进

Designing and Improvement of Earth Mat of Transformer Substation in Plant District

摘要 随着生产的发展,厂区变电站出现小型化趋势,其接地网的面积大大缩小,而由于电网规模的不断扩大,系统短路电流越来越大,对接地网的设计提出了新的要求。文章对厂区变电站建设中面临的问题进行了分析,针对上海石化股份有限公司厂区电网的特点,对接地网形式、接地体的选择及跨步电势的降低提出了建议,还对变电站避雷带接地方案、与厂区建筑相结合的变电站的接地方法以及二次设备的接地方法进行了探讨。 With the development of production, the transformer substations in plant districts tend to be downsized, and the area of earth mat reduces greatly. However, with the increasingly expansion of scale of electric network, the short circuit current becomes higher and higher, which raises new demands on the designing of earth mat. This paper analyzed the problems in the construction of transformer substations in plant districts, and raised proposals on earthing mode, selection of earthing electrode, and reducing of pace electric potential aiming at the characteristics of electric network in plant district of SPC, and discussed the earthing scheme for lightning belt of transformer substations in plant district of SPC,earthing method of substations connected with buildings in plant district and the earthing method of secondary equipments.
