2型糖尿病内皮功能减退与高敏C-反应蛋白的相关性

摘要 目的探讨高敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)与新发2型糖尿病(T2DM)血管内皮功能减退的关系。方法170例T2DM患者接受降糖、降压、降脂等综合性治疗,其中1 a后有11例出现内皮功能减退,以此作为观察组;选择其中13例未发生并发症的患者作为对照组。分别比较2组治疗前后hsCRP水平变化以及2组间hsCRP水平变化的差异。结果与基线情况进行比较,1 a后观察组的hsCRP水平有升高趋势,对照组hsCRP水平呈下降趋势。结论新发T2DM患者血管内皮功能减退的发生可能与其血浆hsCRP浓度升高有关。 Objective It is to study the relationship between high- sensitivity C- reactive protein (hsCRP) and endothelial dysfunction in type 2 diabetics (T2DM). Methods 170 patients with T2DM were given comprehensive treatment for hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hypertension for one year. There are 11 individuals (observed group) in which dysfunction was observed at the end of treatment. 13 diabetics without any micro-vascular complications were taken as the control group. Levels of hsCRP in each group before and after treatment were compared. Difference of that between the two groups was also compared respectively. Results Compared with the original level before the treatment, the level of hsCRP in the observed group seemed to rise, and reversely the level of that in the control group tended to decrease. Conclusion The level of plasma hsCRP probably relate with the development of endothelial dysfunction in T2DM.
