摘要
主要分析了PWM功率放大器在主动型磁浮轴承(ActiveMagneticbearings)中的应用。为了提高磁浮轴承刚度及主轴转速,要求其电流功率放大器效率高,能提供大电流,而且通频带宽。磁浮系统的负载为电感线圈,普通的线性功率放大器效率低不能满足上述要求,为此作者设计了带电流负反馈的PWM型功率放大器。实验表明,这种功率放大器,效率高、通频带宽、线性范围大、信号失真小,从而提高了控制系统的稳定性。
This paper describes the application of PWM (pulse wide modulation) power amplifierto active magnetic bearings (AMB). In order to increase the bearing's stiffness and the rotationalspeed, a power amplifier with sufficiet current supply fairly broad bandwith and high efficiency isrequired. In the AMB system, the load is an inductance coil,traditional power amplifiers are notsuited for this application. So a PWM power amplifier with a negative feedback loop is designed.It is proved by experiment that the PWM power amplifier feature high efficiency, low distortion,broad bandwidth, and wide linear range. Thus the system stability is improved
