摘要
本文对江苏省1994年0～4岁儿童意外死亡监测工作总结分析。结果表明:全省0～4岁儿童意外死亡率高达1190.0/10万,意外死亡已成为全省及农村地区0～4岁儿童死亡的第1位死因。农村地区意外死亡率为城市的7.7倍。0～4岁儿童意外死亡的前3位原因分别是溺水、意外窒息和中毒,溺水和意外窒息占意外死亡近90％。
We studied accidental deaths in children aged 0-4 years in Jiangsu province in 1994. The results showed:Motality rate of all accidents is 1190. 0 per 10 5chidren aged 0-4 years. Accidental deaths rank first of all deaths in our province and rural area. The order of accidental deaths is drowing, accidental suffocation and poisoning respectirely . The first death cause of accidents in infants is accidental suffocation, and in children of 0-4 years and 1-4 years is drowing. The deaths of accidental suffocation and drowing are near 90% in all accidents. In order to reduce mortality rate in children under 5 years. It is very important to take measures to provent happen of accidents.
