摘要
本实验用苯和二甲苯在30mg/kg和60mg/kg两个浓度下对近交系BALB/c小鼠进行腹腔注射染毒。结果发现,经一周连续腹腔注射染毒,在两个浓度下苯染毒组骨髓CFU-F均显著减少,且有明确的剂量反应关系。而二甲苯染毒组没有显著变化,苯、二甲苯联合染毒组也没有显著变化。该实验提示苯对骨髓CFU-F有抑制作用,而在苯和二甲苯联合染毒时,该抑制作用又表现得不明显,故作者认为两者对CFU-F的联合作用是相减的。
BALB/C mice were used in this study. The animals in the experimental group were administered with benzene and xylene by intraperitoneal injection in a single dose per day for 7 consecutive days. The selected doses of benzene and xylene 30mg/kg and 60mg/kg were given separately or in combination. The results show that CFU-F decreased significantly in benzene-exposed groups dose-dependently.No changes were observed in xylene-exposed group and combined group. The results suggest that benzene inhibits the CFU-F of bone marrow, but the effects of benzene in combination with xylene appeared to be weaker.
