摘要
于2005年11月~12月利用从日本引进的西氏鲍与盘鲍进行了杂交育苗实验,获得西氏鲍♀×盘鲍♂、盘鲍♀×西氏鲍♂、西氏鲍♀×西氏鲍♂和盘鲍♀×盘鲍♂4个组合的F1代.对西氏鲍和盘鲍的卵径以及4个组合的受精率、孵化率、胚胎发育速度、子代早期阶段的生长速度以及存活率进行比较,结果表明:西氏鲍和盘鲍的卵黄径并无明显差异,而二者的卵膜径差异显著,西氏鲍♀×盘鲍♂的受精率为19.1%~65.3%,孵化率为76.3%~84.8%.盘鲍♀×西氏鲍♂的受精率为22.3%~82.7%,孵化率为77.1%~85.2%.在水温19.0℃、盐度30的条件下,杂交组合比自繁组合的胚胎发育速度明显滞后,在鲍苗生长的早期阶段(12、20、30、60d),各组合生长速度差异不显著(P〉0.05),但从100d后,杂交子代的生长速度快于盘鲍和西氏鲍的自繁子代,其中以西氏鲍♀×盘鲍♂的生长速度最快,与其它组合相比差异显著(P〈0.05),表现出一定的杂种优势.但是,在180d内,杂交组合和自繁组合稚鲍的存活率差异不显著(P〉0.05).
The gametic hybridization of Haliotis sieboldii collected from Japan with H. discus discus sampled from Lianjiang were studied in the present paper. F1 generation of 4 groups: H. sieboldii ♀× H. discus discus ♂ ( SH) , H. discus discus ♀× H. sieboldii (HS) ,H. sieboldii ♀× H. sieboldii ♂ (SS), H. discus discus ♀× H. discus discus♂ (HH) were obtained. Comparisons of egg size,fertilization rate,larvae hatching rate,procedure of embryo development and growth within four groups were made. The results showed that there was no distinct difference on yolk size,but there was distinct difference on ootype size. The fertilization rate of SH was 19.1%~65.3%,HS was 22.3%~82.7%. The larvae hatching rate of SH was 76.3%~84.8%,HS was 77. 1%~85.2%. The procedure of embryo development of hybrids was lagged than pure progenies under spawning condition of temperature 19℃ and salin- ity 30. After 100d,the growth rate of hybrids was faster than selfs. It is indicated that the hybrid of SH has a stronger heterosis. The survival rate of hybrids and pure cross progeny of H. sieboldii and H. discus discus were no distinct differences in 180 d.
