摘要
目的研究川芎嗪(TMPz)对内皮素(ET-1)诱导的人脐动脉平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖的作用。方法培养人脐动脉平滑肌细胞,应用ET-1建立平滑肌增殖模型,后加入TMPz,设立梯度浓度的TMPz分组,最后细胞计数以及氚-胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H—TdR)掺入方法检测药物效应。结果TMPz抑制VSMC的作用与药物的浓度梯度呈正相关结论TMPz可抑制VSMC的增殖。
Objective：To determine the effets of tetramethylpyrazine （TMPz） on ET- 1 stimulated proliferation of the experimental models of proliferation of cultured isolated human navel artery smooth muscle cells. Methods： The experimental models of proliferation of cultured smooth muscle stimulated by endothelin （ET） were established and cell account and ^3H -thymidine（^3 H-TdR） incorporation were used. Results：The results indicated that TMPz markedly inhibited VSMC proliferation in the dose-dependent manner. Conclusion： It is confirmed that TMPz possesses anti-proliferation of VSMC.
