摘要
为了探讨复方天棘胶囊对小鼠窒息性缺氧耐力的影响，我们选用昆明种小鼠，随机分为５组。对照组灌服蒸馏水，阳性药物组灌服红参水煎液，实验组分为高、中、低剂量组，分别灌服复方天棘胶囊２．０、１．０和０．５ｇ／ｋｇ体重，结果表明，复方天棘胶囊高、中、低剂量组和红参组均能明显延长小鼠存活时间（Ｐ＜０．０１），并与剂量呈正相关。表明该药能明显提高小鼠的缺氧耐力，具有较好的杭缺氧作用。
n orcer to study the effect of compound TIANJI capsule on acute hypoxic tolerance,we usedKunMing rats that were divided into 5 groups,including the normal control group,the positive controlgroup and groups taken higher,moderate,lower doses of compound TIANJI capsule. Equivalent dis-tilled water was used through gastric intubation in the normal control group,5.0g/kg weight concenu-ration of Jin seng boiled liquid in the positive control group,2.0,1. 0 and 0.5g/kg weight of com-pound TIANJI capsule in three experimental groups. The resulus showed that higher,moderate,lowerdoses of drugs and Jin seng group could promong the survial time in rats and higher doses of drug issuperior tO and anotl1es group,so at indicated that the compound TIANJI capsule has the effect increasing hypoxic tolerance and antihypoxia.
