摘要
目的探讨普理灵疝装置（PHS）在腹股沟疝修补术中应用的解剖学基础、手术要点以及应用效果。方法使用强生公司的PHS治疗腹股沟疝112例，其中斜疝81例，直疝31例。结果手术时间25—60min，术后无切口感染及血肿发生。随访4—14个月，无复发及腹股沟区异物感。结论PHS能满足修补和加强耻骨肌孔区域的解剖学要求，尤其适用于巨大疝、复发疝和老年疝的修补。
Objective To explore anatomic underlaying, operation highlight and clinic effect of inguinal herniorrhaphy by prolene hernia system（PHS）. Methods Using the PHS（ Ethicon Inc ）, 112 patients with inguinal hernia were performed operation, including 81 cases of oblique inguinal hernia and 31 cases of direct hernia. Results Operation time was from 25 to 60 minutes, no complication of incision infection and haematoma was found. The follow - up period ranged from 4 to 14 months, no recurrence and foreign body sensation in inguinal region were observed. Conclusions PHS can be anatomically adapted to the need of repairing and pectineus pore augmentation. It is especially suitable to the patients with larger, recurred and senium inguinal hernia.
