旋毛虫排泄-分泌抗原的制备及在免疫学诊断中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:将排泄-分泌抗原用于Dot-ELISA免疫学诊断试验,检测其抗原特异性和敏感性。方法经培养24h、48h、72 h排泄-分泌抗原ES1、ES2、ES3,对38头份猪旋毛虫病阳性猪血清、98头猪旋毛虫阴性血清、26头猪囊虫阳性血清、35头猪蛔虫阳性血清和21头猪细颈囊尾蚴阳性血清进行了Dt-ELISA免疫学方法检测并于粗抗原进行比较。结果排泄-分泌抗原的特异性为ES1(99.44%)、ES2(96.11%)、ES3(92.77%),敏感性ES1(97.36%)、ES2(92.11%)、ES3(84.21%)。结论排泄-分泌抗原ES1(培养24小时)抗原特异性强,敏感性高,重复性好,用于旋毛虫病的免疫诊断有重要作用。 Objective To detect Trichina spiralls ES antigenic specificity and sensitivity with Dot-ELISA.. Methods Inoculate Es1, Es2 and Es3 on 24 hour, 48 hour and 72 hour, detecting and comparing 38 masculine blood-serums from Trichina spiralls, 98 negative blood-serums from Trichina spimlls, 26 masculine blood-sertans from bladder worm, 35 masculine blood-serums from Ascaris suilla and 21 maseuline blood-serums from cysticercus tenuicollis with Dot-ELISA. Results The result showed that specificity and sensitivity, Es1 was 99.44% and 97.36%, Es2 was 96.11% and 92.11%, Es3 was 92.77% and 84.21%. Conclusion Es1 from Trichina spiralls is high antigenic and sensitivity, better reproducibility, and which is important by immunology Assay.
