摘要
教书育人体现了教育的本质和规律;教书育人有助于提高教育效益和教育效果;教书育人有助于师生共同提高。教书育人的实施要完善工作体制、加强规范化管理,充分发挥教师作用。
Teaching and cultivating students shows the essence and rule of education. It is helpful to improve educative benefit and effect. It is also helpful to make teachers and students improve together. The implement of teaching school and bringing up students requires completing working system, enforcing standardizing management and exerting all the teachers＇ effort.
