摘要
社会主义新农村建设事关建设和谐社会的全局。从社会主义新农村的概念入手,探讨了社会主义新农村建设的目标和政策取向,实证分析了在推进新农村建设过程中应特别加以关注的诸如农民增收途径、农业生产组织方式、农村公共产品供给机制、农村工业化与农村城镇化之间的关系等问题,并提出了相应的措施,以期能对我国社会主义新农村建设的顺利实施有所裨益。
The construction of new socialist countryside is of vital importance to the overall situation of constructing a harmonious community. Starting with the concept of the new socialist countryside,the article probes into the goal and the policy orientation of the new socialist rural construction, analyzes by means of authentic proof the problems that should be paid special attention to ,such as the ways to increase peasants＇income, the way to organize agricultural production, the supplies mechanism of rural public products, the relationship between rural industrialization and rural urbanization in the course of advancing new rural construction . The paper then puts forward corresponding measures in expectation of contributing to the construction of the new socialist countryside .
