摘要
制备了由多种表面活性剂及助剂组成的不含强酸、强碱、磷等成分的环保型液体洗涤剂。并用正交实验法优化了洗涤剂的配方,对其去污力和泡沫性能进行了测定。结果表明:原料配比m(MES)∶m(AES)∶m(AEO-9)∶m(6501)=13∶16∶4∶3(基数为1 000 g),温度50℃,混合时间1.5 h。在上述条件下,所得产品外观透明、稳定性好、去污力强。
The environmental friendly liquid detergent composed of surface active agents and assistants is prepared. It contains no harmful compositions of strong acids, alkaline, phosphates etc. The optimal weight ratio of raw materials is fixed by orthogonal experiment method. The decontamination capability and foam property of the dish washing detergent are determined. As a result, with ethanol as extracting agent, the best conditions are: m(MES): m(AES): m(AEO-9): m(6501) =13: 16:4:3 (based on 1 000 g) , temperature 50 ℃ and time 1.5 h. The product has good stability and strong decontamination capability and is clear in appearance.
