摘要
为了提高制造系统的可控性和运行效率,需要及时掌握其运行状态信息,并以此为依据采取相应的措施。通过对制造系统控制模型的研究,提出一种用于制造系统动态监测与调控的智能反馈算法。该算法应用了一系列的子程序,每一个子程序都完成一定的功能,搜寻、分析和修改调度结果来创建更加适合于实际加工环境的调度方案。通过监测制造系统的运行状态,该算法针对系统出现的不确定性因素进行重组织。最后,通过实例分析了该方法的工作流程,证明了其有效性。
In order to improve the controllability and efficiency of manufacturing system, its status messages should be hold in time, and then some corresponding measure is taken according to it. By research on the model about manufacturing system, this paper presents an algorithm of intelligence feedback for dynamic monitoring and scheduling of it. The algorithm applies a series of subroutine. Each of them accomplishes special function of searching, analyzing and updating the result of scheduling for making a project which is fit for actual condition much more. By monitoring running state of manufacturing system, the algorithm reorganizes the system aim at uncertain factors. Finally, the workflow is analyzed by an instance and the validity is proved.
